Refund and Cancellation Policy

We have a refund policy for our teachers. If we are unable to provide services. We will refund the money according to the teacher's consent to make the functioning of our bureau easier in our terms and conditions page.

The following conditions apply to our refund and cancellation policy:

 

  1. The money-back request should be sent to our representative via email / mobile or WhatsApp as per the teacher's convenience.

  2. If the teacher receives confirmed tuition in that case, the teacher will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. If you have not taken any service from UnitedTuitionBureau.com, you will get the money back after the initial withdrawal of your plan and the plan will remain active.

  4. According to teachers, individual requests regarding jobs will be approved during a free consultation.

  5. If you are not in Varanasi during our service time. You should inform our representatives. Once you confirm your presence in Varanasi. Our representative will reactivate your profile.

  6. Three consecutive substantive rejections from the parent-teacher profile will be eliminated and the teacher will not receive any return.

  7. You will get one confirmed tuition from our side and the rest of the tuitions will depend upon the performance appraisal of the teachers.

Example 1. You have taken the facility of gold or silver membership. If we have not given you any tuition or any lead then you will get a 100% refund and no questions will be asked.
